Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Project Execution & Site Management<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
      \n
    • Oversee day-to-day execution activities at the site in line with project timelines, quality, and safety standards.<\/li>\n
    • Ensure compliance with project specifications, working drawings, and engineering standards.<\/li>\n
    • Coordinate civil, structural, and MEP works for Data Centre \/ Warehouse \/ Logistics infrastructure projects.<\/li>\n
    • Supervise subcontractors and vendors to ensure smooth progress and adherence to scope.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      1. Technical Oversight<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
          \n
        • Interpret and validate engineering drawings, GFCs, and BOQs.<\/li>\n
        • Liaise with design consultants, clients, and internal teams to resolve technical challenges.<\/li>\n
        • Lead quality inspections and enforce quality control standards across civil and MEP disciplines.<\/li>\n
        • Evaluate design and suggest value-engineering opportunities without compromising project performance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          1. Planning & Progress Monitoring<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
              \n
            • Assist in micro-level planning and resource scheduling to meet project milestones.<\/li>\n
            • Track daily\/weekly progress and flag deviations to project leadership proactively.<\/li>\n
            • Prepare and submit Daily Progress Reports (DPRs), Work Inspection Reports (WIRs), and other site documentation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              1. Cost & Resource Control<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
                  \n
                • Monitor usage of manpower, materials, and equipment to optimize productivity.<\/li>\n
                • Validate contractor bills, quantity estimations, and resource consumption reports.<\/li>\n
                • Coordinate material reconciliation, indenting, and inventory control at site.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                  1. Safety & Compliance<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
                      \n
                    • Implement and enforce HSE norms as per company and statutory guidelines.<\/li>\n
                    • Ensure all site operations align with legal, environmental, and safety standards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                      Key Skills & Competencies:<\/strong><\/p>\n

                        \n
                      • Strong domain knowledge in industrial construction (Data Centers \/ Warehouses \/ Logistics Parks)<\/strong><\/li>\n
                      • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project \/ Primavera, Excel & ERP systems<\/strong><\/li>\n
                      • Ability to read technical drawings and manage multi-disciplinary teams<\/li>\n
                      • Excellent coordination and communication skills<\/li>\n
                      • Result-oriented with a strong problem-solving approach<\/li>\n
                      • Familiarity with fire-fighting, HVAC, IBMS, and ELV systems integration is a plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                        Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n

                        • B.E. \/ B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory)<\/li>\n
                        • PMP certification or Safety Certification (preferred but not mandatory)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                          • Should be open to extensive travel \/ site relocations<\/strong> as per project needs<\/li>\n
