Key Responsibilities &amp; Duties:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Verify and certify RA bills from contractors, vendors, and engineering subcontractors.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and validate quantity sheets based on site execution data and approved drawings.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct rate analysis for extra items and obtain client approvals.<\/li>\n<li>Check itemized works as per BOQ and construction drawings.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and billing schedules.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with site teams for measurements and billing data collection.<\/li>\n<li>Process milestone billing, raise invoices, and ensure timely submission.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain follow-up with the client\u2019s accounts team for payment status.<\/li>\n<li>Certify RA and Final Bills and ensure accurate documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare reconciliation statements for RA and Final Bills.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain consolidated billing records and generate reports (weekly\/monthly\/quarterly).<\/li>\n<li>Provide billing data and MIS support for senior management reviews.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>2. Core Competencies:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Expertise in rate analysis, reconciliation, and BBS preparation<\/li>\n<li>Sound knowledge of IS Codes and construction standards<\/li>\n<li>Strong command over MS Excel, MS Word, AutoCAD<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of ERP systems (preferably SAP Ariba)<\/li>\n<li>High attention to detail and organized documentation practices<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>3.
