Reports To: Project Manager / Senior Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Project Execution & Site Management
- Oversee day-to-day execution activities at the site in line with project timelines, quality, and safety standards.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, working drawings, and engineering standards.
- Coordinate civil, structural, and MEP works for Data Centre / Warehouse / Logistics infrastructure projects.
- Supervise subcontractors and vendors to ensure smooth progress and adherence to scope.
- Technical Oversight
- Interpret and validate engineering drawings, GFCs, and BOQs.
- Liaise with design consultants, clients, and internal teams to resolve technical challenges.
- Lead quality inspections and enforce quality control standards across civil and MEP disciplines.
- Evaluate design and suggest value-engineering opportunities without compromising project performance.
- Planning & Progress Monitoring
- Assist in micro-level planning and resource scheduling to meet project milestones.
- Track daily/weekly progress and flag deviations to project leadership proactively.
- Prepare and submit Daily Progress Reports (DPRs), Work Inspection Reports (WIRs), and other site documentation.
- Cost & Resource Control
- Monitor usage of manpower, materials, and equipment to optimize productivity.
- Validate contractor bills, quantity estimations, and resource consumption reports.
- Coordinate material reconciliation, indenting, and inventory control at site.
- Safety & Compliance
- Implement and enforce HSE norms as per company and statutory guidelines.
- Ensure all site operations align with legal, environmental, and safety standards.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong domain knowledge in industrial construction (Data Centers / Warehouses / Logistics Parks)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project / Primavera, Excel & ERP systems
- Ability to read technical drawings and manage multi-disciplinary teams
- Excellent coordination and communication skills
- Result-oriented with a strong problem-solving approach
- Familiarity with fire-fighting, HVAC, IBMS, and ELV systems integration is a plus
Qualifications:
- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
- PMP certification or Safety Certification (preferred but not mandatory)
Additional Notes:
- Should be open to extensive travel / site relocations as per project needs
- Prior experience in fast-track, high-specification industrial projects is a strong advantage
- Candidates from contracting / turnkey EPC backgrounds will be given preference
