Job Purpose:
To manage and execute daily accounting functions, ensure statutory compliance, and support monthly and annual financial closing processes. The role also includes handling GST-related notices and reconciliations, managing personal family accounts, and preparing reports for internal financial reviews.
Key Responsibilities:
- Statutory Compliance: Independently verify and validate working for GST, TDS, and other statutory returns and payments. Prepare statements of tax compliances and assist in annual tax working and documentation.
- GST and Taxation Handling: Coordinate and compile working for GST notices, responses, and reconciliations. Ensure timely resolution and submission in line with legal requirements.
- Financial Reporting & Closing: Assist in monthly book closing activities including ledger scrutiny, journal entries, and adjustments. Support in preparing and reviewing MIS reports for management.
- Reconciliation & Audits: Conduct Tally vs ERP reconciliation and ensure accurate reporting of variances. Support internal and statutory audits with required reports and documents.
- Personal Accounts Management: Maintain records and update entries for ARWADE Family accounts, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
- Documentation & Records: Maintain organized and up-to-date accounting records and ensure all compliance-related filings are properly documented.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education: B. Com / M. Com or equivalent with focus on Accounts/Finance.
Experience: 3+ years in accounting with strong exposure to statutory compliances and Tally/ERP systems.
Skills:
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and Income Tax laws.
- Proficient in Tally, MS Excel, and ERP accounting software.
- Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
- Organized and detail-oriented with ability to maintain confidential information.
